Choose a location
You choose in Floor Manager a stand location where many visitors pass by. By preference you choose an A-location, by which you pay attention to sightlines. You location is more important than the stand space.

Stand design
A stand builder designs a stand with the colors of your company, entirely build around your company.

Promotion
Let your company logo be placed on the homepage of the exhibition website and the orientation maps.

Leads calculation
In the lead calculator on the exhibition website you can calculate the amount of leads that you expect . For that you choose the option ‘active exhibitor’ and it will take care of a proportionally amount of giveaways on your stand. On the most exhibition websites you will find a lead calculator under ‘Exhibitor’.

Invitations
Invite all your relations. They are your ambassadors. Furthermore you invite the prospects. If you do not have them in your database, you can buy a file.

Mailing
You send a catching mailing with the prospect of a surprising stand. Pay attention with e-mailing. You may only send your prospects a mail when they have gave you promotion beforehand.

Exhibition dating
With Exhibition dating you can follow the pre-registrations. A week before the exhibition takes place, you call the prospects that you do not want to miss. You will find exhibition dating via the Client portal.


During the exhibition
On your stand you can connect your prospects with your regular clients. During the exhibition you can send a letter to say thank you for your visit.

After the exhibition
With the first appointment/contact after the exhibitions you bring a gift.

Your regular clients are looking for confirmation with their choice for you. An exhibition is the ideal place.

It is your turn to pamper and to be a host. You take care of a hospitable stand with comfortable chairs and a excellent catering. When you have a large stand it is wisely to create a exclusive zone for these clients.

Your invitation is exclusive and you adjust a parking ticket when prospects will pre-register.

Appointment
Register, you can see that trough beursdating and you make an appointment with them. You make sure there is an employee who receives the client at the entrance of your stand.
